Year 6 Cooking Lesson

What an exciting week it has been for our Year 6 pupils! This week, they had the fabulous opportunity to visit Kingstone High School for a cooking lesson that was both fun and educational. After locating their classroom, the children stepped into a genuine High School environment, buzzing with excitement.

Their culinary task was to mix egg and milk before skilfully frying slices of bread in this delicious concoction to create the classic Eggy Bread. Watching their faces light up as they stirred and sizzled was a joy to behold!

Once their creations were ready, the real treat began! The children eagerly tasted their Eggy Bread, and to add an extra dash of excitement, they had the choice of ketchup or syrup. What a delight it was to see everyone enjoying their cooking and sharing smiles all around! It truly was a fantastic day filled with learning and laughter at Kingstone High School!
